Our Business Operating System(BOS) journey is still ongoing, but the difference a year has made while utilizing this system is amazing. We not only understand our business better, but we are focused, and therefore accomplish more. We continue to work through and eliminate issues by addressing them with our weekly to-do’s or by making them a quarterly rock. It makes setting the strategic plan for the following year so much easier, as well as assisting in board meeting prep and delivery.
The weekly meetings are a great way to understand what everyone is working on and allows for a safe place to raise issues and determine how to fix them. While adding transparency, these meetings also raise the accountability bar.
This system has been thoroughly embraced by our team because it is easy to use and they see the value and positive change that it is bringing to our organization.
